1. Pick a Theme or Website as a Starting Point
2. Send a Quote Request
We have a simple form to fill out that allows us to put together a quote for you. Besides the theme name or URL to use as a starting point, we will need to know some contact info, general description of the project, approximate budget range, time-frame, types of features you might be interested, and hosting preferences. Expect us to have a few questions, about your quote.
3. The Quote
You should receive a quote within a couple of business days. Along with the quote will be some suggestions as well as a request for content–text, photos, icons, etc. If you don’t have these, that’s OK, you can provide them later or if appropriate request that we provide the content. Typically, text is not something we would be providing.
4. The Work Begins
Once we have come to agreement on the quote, work will begin. For simple websites, after 7-14 business days you will receive an email with a temporary link to a first version of your website. You will be asked to detail the changes you would like. We will, as soon as possible, make the changes you request and post an updated version. This review/revise process typically happens many times. We want you to be completely satisfied with your website.
5. The Site Goes Live
When you are completely happy with the site and upon final payment, we will bring the site up live on the internet. We will include complete instructions for the maintenance of your site whether you have contracted with us to maintain your site or not.
We make every effort to make sure that your Web site is free of problems at final delivery, and will fix any problems you find at no charge. WordPress makes it relatively easy to perform routine maintenance of your web site, and we provide detailed instructions on how to perform most maintenance tasks. Of course, we gladly provide this service, if you prefer, at our standard rate. Click here to see our pricing.
